Ingredients for 4 people:
400 gr. penne with ridged sides
400 gr. pleurotus mushrooms
50 gr. grated Parmesan cheese
1 spoon minced onion
1 thyme sprig
1 clove of garlic
Wash the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices. Put garlic, onion and 3 spoons oil into the baking pot. Let it bake for a minute at a cooking temperature of 200°.
Add the mushrooms, some thyme leaves, cover and bake for a further 3 minutes. Let it lie in the switched off oven for a minute, and then add salt and pepper.
In the meanwhile cook pasta, drain it 'al dente', dress it with parmesan and mushrooms, stir all of the ingredients together, add a spoon raw oil and serve.
