Ingredients for 4 people:
200 gr. Cooked ham ( 8 slices )
400 gr. Pleurotus
8 cheese slices
30 gr. Butter
1 clove of garlic
1 spoon oil
1 spoon flour
1/2 bouillon cube
salt, pepper
Clean mushrooms and wash them quickly under running water. Dry them and cut them into 3 mm thick slices. Melt 20 gr. butter in a pan and fry 1 clove of garlic. Add mushrooms and let them cook over high heat for 4-5 minutes. Turn the heat to low and simmer gently for a further 7-8 minutes, stirring from time to time. Remove garlic, add salt, pepper and then remove the pan from heat.
Prepare ham rolls while mushrooms are cooking. Place a cheese slice over each ham slice. Then roll them up and stick them with a toothpick.
Melt the bouillon cube in ½ glass hot water. In a separate pot, pour broth slowly over flour and keep stirring with a fork. Grease a baking pan with the remaining butter. Add mushrooms with cooking sauce. Then add ham rolls and sprinkle them with sauce.
Put the baking pan in the pre-heated oven at 180° and let it bake for 3-4 minutes.
Take the toothpicks off and serve hot.
