Ingredients for 4 people:
salt and pepper
Clean mushrooms and let them cook in water and vinegar for about 15-20 minutes.Use ¾ vinegar and ¼ water, and add a small spoon of salt in each liter.
Drain and dry them, put them in pots with laurel and pepper and cover with oil.
If these mushrooms are too tasty for you, use more water than vinegar.
