Ingredients for 4 people:
1 kg veal stew
1 beer glass
250 gr. Pleurotus
50 gr. Butter
1 bouillon cube
1 spoon of paprika
1 spoon of flour
1 thyme sprig
1 laurel leaf
1 spoon parsley
2 spoons olive oil
Melt the broth cube in 1/4 liter of water and keep it aside
Peel the onions and chop them into rounded pieces. Then let them saute with butter and oil.
Add the meat and when it starts browning ( after 5 minutes ), sprinkle with paprika and flour.
Pour beer and broth over that, add some herbs and cover. Let it simmer for about 40 minutes, until it is tender and cooked.
Add the washed mushrooms, which you have previously sliced.
When the stew is well-cooked, sprinkle with salt and parsley and serve.
