Ingredients for 4 people:
2 chicken breasts
2 heads lettuce
200 gr. Champignons or pleurotus
800 gr. Strawberries
salt and vinegar
1 sprig fresh tarragon
For the sauce:
4 spoons dry Marsala wine
4 spoons oil
2 spoons lemon juice
Stamp the chicken breasts, salt them and let them saute in oil. Let them cool and cut them into small cubes.
Peel, wash, slice the mushrooms and let them brown in oil over high heat.
Peel and wash the heads of lettuce, dry them and cut them into thin slices.
Wash the strawberries and slice them.
Put all the ingredients in a bowl, sprinkling over some sliced leek.
Mince thinly the tarragon and sparkle it on surface.
Emulsify all of the ingredients of the sauce, add salt and pepper.
Pour it over the salad and serve.
