Ingredients for 4 people:
160 gr. tagliatelle (type of pasta)
200 gr. green peas
200 gr. mushrooms
100 gr. tomato sauce
4 teaspoons oil
1 bouillon cube
4 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese
Fry lightly half a chopped onion in a pot with 1 teaspoon oil. Add then peas and bouillon cube powdered in a hot water cup. Cover properly and let it cook; in the end, the peas have to be dry.
Wash the mushrooms, dry them and cut them into thin slices. Let them brown with 1 teaspoon oil, add salt, pepper and let it cook for 15 minutes.
Let the remaining onion brown with 2 teaspoons oil in a pan.
Add mushrooms and peas into the tomato sauce, and keep on low heat. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
In the meanwhile boil the tagliatelle, drain them and dress them with the prepared sauce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
